What is the best marketing method in the universe?
I would say, Word of mouth marketing (WOMM).
also known as buzz marketing and viral advertising. Viral advertising, something that fascinates me. :)
People actually like your services and products and they recommend to others, post at forums to introduce to the others who are seeking for the similar things, write a post in their blogs about the experiences they’re having.

Today, I have received ‘another’ enquiry about creating a new online business. He is unsure about what he want and would like to seek our advise. He has no plan, not knowing what to sell, yet - going to start an online business. It is not because the business is online that you can treat it differently than offline business. Like WOMM, it is built on great service and products!

Yea very agree… But sometimes I kinda hate WOM itself.. sometimes people spreading false rumours and creating false alarm… But when u think the other way round it can be a very good marketing strategy… WOMM!

The truth is always there. The customers has the right to choose which to believe. If the customers chose to believe the rumours and all the misleading facts, then marketers are to be blame. Because they did a lousy job.
