I’ve been looking for a way to add RSS into my vista gadget so that i can view RSS feed directly from my desktop with it rotating from feed to feed. So here’s the way i found that is useful.

1. Surf with internet explorer, go to a website and subscribe feed like this.

Subscribe Rss Feed

2. And a pop up window will appear, save the rss feed into feed folder.

Saving Rss Feed

3. Click on ‘tool’ at vista gadget.

Saving Rss Feed

4. Choose the RSS feed or just simply choose all and then save it.

Saving Rss Feed

Now you’re able to see the vista gadget at your desktop displaying RSS feed that you’ve just saved.

I’m thinking of stopping The Star subscription too to my office. It is nothing much than controlled items.
